Days 41 & 42

Yoga and Lifting
At jujutsu last night, I noticed that I can do a lot more with my legs during groundwork. My flexibility seems to have dramatically increased. Lifting (legs yesterday and triceps, chest, shoulders today) was fine. I had a sore neck from Monday that finally worked its way out last night a jujutsu and I felt better today.

Jujutsu
I've been reading GUTT the last few days. Some interesting concepts about posture (keeping upright with your head above your hips above your feet) and about the difference between rhythm and speed. Last night my throws had deteriorated a bit, but my ground work felt much better. I almost didn't go because of a sore muscle in my neck. It turned out that I worked that out in practice. Good karma.
