Days Thirty-Five and Thirty-Six
Yoga & Lifting
I lifted triceps, chest, shoulders, and legs. I have been steadily increasing weights and felling good. I've added a few yoga stretches before Jujutsu practice.
Jujutsu
I got through most of the Goshin list Wednesday. Ward gave some tips on Katamune Tori: I need to strike the forearm harder and with a "limp" hand. I also need to wait on my foot work until after that strike and to do smaller footwork. Sohn broke down Yama Arashi for a new student and I realized I am skipping a few important steps and not keeping my sweeping leg straight. I've been reading "GUTT" and it is very interesting.
