Yoga and Lifting
Yoga was solid. Lifting was excellent with increased weights in every category.
Jujutsu
Friday night class was excellent. I made it through Yawara and Nage, worked through some interesting pressure point and groundwork exercises, and finished with the first 10 Oku. Saturday kids' class was also fantastic. The girls are really enthusiastic and working hard at it.
