Days Twenty-Three and Twenty-Four
Yoga and Lifting
The usual sun salutations felt great. I lifted biceps and back Saturday morning and triceps and chest this morning. My bench press and military press are going up and I felt really good.
Jujutsu
I looked at my requirements sheet this morning and thought through some techniques. The kids' class on Saturday was awesome and the kids said they wished they could do it every day. I can't wait to jump in there next Saturday. I really need to get some notebook work done because I am being exposed to new techniques every class and things are going very well.
