I was able to push my starting weight up and also added reps to my highest weight on the bench press. Very good day.
I did Yawara with variations; Goshin; Left Nage; Striking kata; and ground work. In Goshin I adjusted some of my technique from feedback. I turned my hands in when dropping to escape from a reverse bear hug; I used my body weight to drop Uke on Ushiro Gyaku... Left Nage went well although I had to repeat a few things to get them right.
