Days 78, 79 & 80
Yoga & Lifting
My knee has been sore, so yoga has been tentative and I have skipped lifting with legs. My upper body workouts have been great, though. I've been having a few more rest days in between just due to being busy and tired, and the layoff has helped me ratchet up the intensity.
The knee has limited me to about 90% of my list, which isn't terrible. I've been working on left hand stuff and did knife and gun techniques as well as the rest of my usual list this past week. The kids' class was awesome. They are really catching on and having fun.
