This workshop will help you to identify appropriate journals to submit your articles to and discuss how to manage your rights when signing a contract with a publisher. It will also give you an opportunity to discuss issues and share ideas with your colleagues.

We're offering our Wikipedia workshop one more time this semester. Librarian, Jan Fransen, will discuss ways to get the most out of this free, online reference tool. Jan will give you a behind the scenes tour of the way that Wikipedia entries are made and will show you how to follow Wikipedia entries to find more information on your research topic.

Jan will also provide some best practices in writing Wikipedia entries, so you can help make this resource even more useful!

This workshop will give you a basic introduction to EndNote using the most recent version, X2. I'll show you how to save references in EndNote, how to use EndNote to cite in your paper and create bibliographies, and how to link up to the free EndNote Web to access EndNote from any computer.

So if you've already purchased EndNote and are just looking to get started or if you interested in test driving version X2 for an hour on Thursday feel free to sign up!
