Like Captain Jean-Luc Picard do you find yourself needing to manage data? Then this workshop might be for you!
Creating a Data Management Plan For Your Grant Application
In January 2011, the National Science Foundation (NSF) began requiring a data management plan for all new grant proposals. This workshop, geared toward graduate students, faculty and researchers, will provide an overview of the questions to consider when creating a data management plan with a focus on data preservation issues and tools for sharing your data, like subject-based repositories. See the Managing your Data Web page for more resources. Satisfies RCR continuing education awareness/discussion requirements.Thu, 03/29/2012 - 12:00pm - 1:30pm
