Image Size: 72 dpi images with maximum vertical and/or horizontal dimension of 1024 pixels.
Image File Size: cannot exceed 1.2 MB for each image and 10 MB for each time based work.
Image Quality: When preparing your image, please use little or no compression and when saving as a jpg, use Baseline standard. If you need to reduce the file size, it is better to make the image size smaller than to add compression. Time based work should use appropriate QuickTime compression.
Image Format: You may submit your artwork in jpg and/or mov format. File Names: Please name your files like these examples:

Once the page opens, click on the blue upload icon (example below) to upload your entry form and jpeg/mov files.
Look for confirmation of successful upload:
Even after you upload your files successfully, it will still read "This directory is empty" but fear not, the jurors can see your work.

Please complete the A&D 2011 ASE Entry Form.pdf using the latest version of Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/).
Click "Highlight Fields" in the upper right to be sure you've filled in
all fields, including the required consent form in the lower left. You
must rename and save the file like this example:

IMAGE GUIDELINES:
Please submit high quality photos that are acceptable for viewing online.
Two-dimensional (2D): students may only submit 1 view per work.
Three-dimensional (3D): students may submit 2 views per work.

based work (video, sound, etc...): students may submit up to 4 minutes
per entry. The final work may be longer, but only short samples or
