You know about the PlayStation Network outage from a month ago. Last night, Sony announced PSN was back online (I'm downloading my PlayStation update now.)
Kazuo Hirai had a very difficult job - communicating that PSN was back up, but also speaking to the customers who are worried about coming "back". He needed to grab and hold his audience's attention right away, make the announcements, and deal with public relations all at once.
