Effective Dates for Tables Changing in DWHR

Below are tentative dates to view DWHR tables in Pre-EFS and Post-EFS form. Note that these dates are subject to change. If there will be changes, or if unexpected issues arise, please look to the main page of this blog to see more recent posts.

Tables in DWHR

The following changes will be made to tables in DWHR:

  • DWPA_POSTING
    • Changed column name from DEPTID to UM_ENTITY.
    • Changed column name from DEPTID_DESCR to UM_ENTITY_DESCR.
  • PS_DWHR_EMP_REVIEW:
    • DEPTID values may be 4-5 characters.
    • CUFS_AREA will be populated on for 4-character DEPTID rows; otherwise NULL.
    • Added column UM_ENTITY, which represents the HR DEPTID.
    • Added column UM_ENTITY_DESCR.
  • PS_DHWR_TRAINEE:
    • DEPTID values may be 4-5 characters.
    • Added column UM_ENTITY. Represents the HR DEPTID.
    • Added column UM_ENTITY_DESCR.
