The only blaspemy in The DaVinci Code was casting Paul Bettany as Silas. What a waste of a good actor!
Other comments on the movie:
1. Tom Hanks is not cute enough to play Robert Langdon
2. Audrey Tautou has great hair in this movie
3. Hans Zimmer's score wasn't too overbearing
4. There's a better use of Paul Bettany's backside in A Knight's Tale
5. The best use of special effects in the movie is when Robert and Sophie are walking to the church - Trinity Church, I think - and the funeral procession for Isaac Newton is super-imposed over the shot
6. Thank goodness there were special effects in the movie to help break-up the monotony of all the talking
7. Angels & Demons was, in my opinion, a much better book
8. Can't wait for Miami Vice to come out. It was previewed before the movie
9. Is Jean Reno the only French dude in Hollywood?
