We are very sorry to announce that we are unable to offer Digital Art Camp at UMD this summer ...
The past two summers of experimental art and music have been wonderful, largely due to the terrific participants. Unfortunately, the repurposing of our computer lab and summer school funding made it very difficult for us to offer the camp this summer. We hope to revisit our options for bringing Digital Art Camp back next year.

4 weeks of Digital Art Camp, over for 2007!

Week 1 - Collage + Animation (photoshop + imovie)
Week 2 - RockUmentaries (digital video, imovie, photoshop, garageband...)
Week 3 - Music / Sound / Image projects (in garageband + imovie)

AND
Week 4 of Digital Art Camp produced
fictional podcasts about a mysterious Lake Superior monster.

Kids used photoshop for mock newspaper collage, short animations,
music composed in garageband, images + quicktime movies montaged in imovie, and
everything brought back together again to be podcasted via gargeband to iweb!
