Duluth News Tribune
Greetings!
For years I have been advocating getting the online Duluth News Tribune database. It contains full text of the DNT from 1995 to the present. It is very expensive. Not having it has been a pain. We have to work with the so-so search feature at their free site, and then work with the microfilm.
I have just learned that the Duluth Public Library now has this database. Anyone with a Duluth Public Library card can assess this database from their home or office. The access point is here:
http://www.duluth.lib.mn.us/Databases/Databases.html
This is a very important source for people doing research on local people, businesses, organizations, companies, economic conditions, etc.
So, for those who are eligible for a DPL card, we are set to go.
I hope you found this information useful.
Thanks!
