Good news! As noted below, Google Scholar, located at:

http://scholar.google.com/

is now linked via our "Find It" service, to UMD Electronic Journals!

Please let me know what you think of this new way of working with UMD Library electronic resources.

I am resending this announcement regarding Google Scholar for two reasons:

1. Google Scholar is a significant new research tool, and now that UMD Library resources are linked to it, it is even better.

2. People seemed to have missed the significance of the last part of the message... where instructions are provided for setting preferences for UMD People do research off campus through services like Charter. If you do not set preferences, you will not see the UMD links to electronic resources.
