The above picture is designed in Illustrator. I opened my picture in Illustrator, then traced it over using pen tool. Then I used gradient to color the face and the body.

I then saved the picture as a jpeg and opened it in Photoshop. I erased the white background and then added the room picture. I took the picture from google images and then added water color filter to give it cartoonish look.
