Man Pleads Guilty to Killing Pizza Hut Delivery Man
A Minneapolis man pleaded guilty Wednesday to killing a Pizza Hut delivery man last August in north Minneapolis.
The Star Tribune is reporting Jermaine Mack-Lynch confirmed in court he did not know the victim Toua Xiong when he shot him coming out of a Pizza Hut.
According KARE 11, Mack-Lynch agreed to help prosecutors by supplying them with information and testifying against others who may have been involved.
The Associated Press is reporting under terms of his plea deal Mack-Lynch could be paroled after 20 years.
