Thanks for the post Jessica! This is very interesting. I like how the Director of COMCARE said on the video, "We need a 411 for 911." That statement really stuck to me. I am hopeful that emergency response technology will only improve so that any tragedies like 35W bridge collapse that would happen in the future would be less tragic. Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing this. I had no appreciation of the role of information technology in emergency response before seeing this video. It makes me especially grateful when we see how poor countries like Pakistan must cope with emergencies. Can you imagine a doctor standing outside HCMC with a megafone asking for blood donations???
