Snowy opener for the Twins
The Minnesota Twins sold out their MLB season opener on a snowy Monday, the StarTribune said.
Thousands of Twins fans waited outside the Metrodome for an hour in the snow, WCCO said.
Weather reports showed that Minneapolis received over five inches of snow. Fans were in good spirits, however. "My ears are cold, but I'm OK," Peter Winter, 9, said. "It's the Opening Day." StarTribune
