Organizational Frames of Motivation

Here is an interpretation of the process of motivation through various organizational frames or lenses. I know this may take more of an organizational position, but doesn't the organizational process affect the individual and vice versa?
Not sure if we need to use it, but it helps me to have somewhat of a frame around the task. (Lev Vygotsky)
