The V3 Youth Triathlon Team, a non-profit youth organization in North Minneapolis, is offering opportunities for university students to volunteer to coach throughout the summer, speak on a chosen topic (i.e. the importance of education, nutrition, goal-setting, conflict resolution, determination, etc.) or help out at one of their events.
Athletes in this program range in age from 7-17 and practice 3-4 days a week. Gain experience with urban youth while enjoying your summer.

Gopher Athletics' paid internship program has gone from one or two interns to about 15. Next year's internship positions are available. One prerequisite that should be noted is that because of the University classification of interns, all candidates must have an undergraduate degree (undergrad students may apply if he/she will complete their degree this semester).
