I thought that all day's presentations were very well done. The first presentation about the Pittsburg Pirates was very well organized and the presenter really understood the concepts and applied them well. I took interest in the presentation because I realize how bad the Pirates organization has been the last decade and knowledgeable of how the organization use to be in the past previous to the presentation. The presentation furthered my understanding of how change in the upper and lower management has put the organization in a constant rebuilding and as a result a winning environment has been nonexistent. It shows how it is essential for an effective organization to have a philosophy that is clear and leadership within the organization to relay to all the levels of management. With the environment of the city of Pittsburg as being a city rich with championship attitude the Pirate should regain their fan base if they were to change the culture of organization to a winning one.
