3 found in cave in Texas

According to CNN, three students were found safe in Airman's cave in Texas after they were reported missing Sunday morning.

The University of Texas students entered the cave on Saturday and were still not heard from 24 hours later. A friend called 911 and reported them missing, according to officials.

Their names have not yet been released.

Airman's cave, located in Austin, is a popular attraction to experienced cave explorers. It can take 12 hours to get through. Its "keyhole" entrance measures fewer than 18 inches in diameter, and it's impossible to stand up inside the cave, forcing explorers to crawl on their hands and knees.

According to MSNBC, the students had gone into the cave early Saturday morning and had told friends to call for help if they hadn't heard from them by midnight that night.

“The victims are uninjured, our crews are safe; it doesn’t get any better than this,? said Frank Urias, division commander of Austin-Travis County emergency medical services.
