Last week's definition:
Leadership is balancing and utilizing all of the different forms of leadership during the right situations. It is leading, motivating, consideration, confidence and listening with stronger emphasis on different parts at different times depending on the situation.
Along with what leadership is, I believe it comes from within a person and the strengths and values that one has leads them to the type of leader they will be throughout their life. Just as in Terry's article t is important to know what one believes in in order to guide others.

Just as in Terry's article it is important to know what one believes in in order to guide others. In Kidder's article he states that, "Resolution requires us to choose which is nearest right" (23 Kidder) A leader comes to the dilemma of making this decision under a certain time frame. Which is why a leader needs to know their own beliefs, since most decisions are right verses right rather than right verses wrong.
