Leadership to me #3

Last week's definition:
Leadership is balancing and utilizing all of the different forms of leadership during the right situations. It is leading, motivating,consideration, confidence and listening with stronger emphasis on different parts at different times depending on the situation.

This week's definition:


Leadership is balancing and utilizing all of the different forms of leadership during the right situations. It is leading, motivating,consideration, confidence and listening with stronger emphasis on different parts at different times depending on the situation.
Along with what leadership is, I believe it comes from within a person and the strengths and values that one has leads them to the type of leader they will be throughout their life. Just as in Terry's article t is important to know what one believes in in order to guide them.
