"There is only one kind of dance: the Robot."

Nothing much to report this week. The only thing of substance we watched recently was Ferris Bueller's Day Off on plain old DVD. This remains, IMHO, one the quintessential 80's movies and a personal favorite. I doubt it would gain much on BD so I'm good here.

Here we are with this week's new stuff:

Actors and Sin (1952).

The Chaos Experiment (2009)

Cravings (2009)

Flight of the Conchords: Season 2

Labor Pains (2009) Also on BD.

The Love Boat: Season 2: Vol. 2

The Mutant Chronicles (2008) Also on BD.

The Mysteries of Pittsburgh (2008) Also on BD.

Obsessed (2009) Cousin Beyonce'! Also on BD.

Project Runway: Season 5

Race to Witch Mountain (2009) Also on BD.

The Soloist (2008) Also on BD.

Ulysses (1954) DVD Savant reviews this one here. A choice quote: "The narrative simplifies Homer's tale to a level of complexity comparable to a book for a fifth grader."
