I'd hadly consider it a "freedom of the press kind of thing." It seems a little morbid for me...whats next from these people, Columbine: the video game?

Where do you draw the line?

I think that to make a video game out of such a tragedy is very sad. Sure he is free to create what he wants, but who would honestly think it would be fun to pretend to assassinate the president? In my opinion it seems like a very sick way to have fun.

I do agree that the JFK Vid. Game is weird and upseting to me. I personaly really liked JFK as a president, and it was sad that he had to die in that way. But it is a freedom of speach issue. If you don't alow this game to happen whats to stop some one like Tipper Gore to come in and try to sencer our vid games. As a side note I don't think you would be as upset if some one made a kill Osomid Bin Laden, or Sadam Husain game you would find it funny. Where people in their countrys would find it to be disturbing.

The JFK video game does have an odd choose of plot lines that I personaly dont believe is a good choose but you have to rember that it is just a game and thats it. It isnt real so i dont think that it is that huge of a deal. Though i wouldnt have let it be made/released if it was up to me.

I think that many of today's video games have gotten out-of-control! When little kids play games in which they have to kill one another, they have difficulty deciphering the fiction world from the real world. I'm not sure what news station covered this story,... but it is from a few years ago:
There was a young boy, about 7 or 8 who was watching his baby sister while his mother went to the store for some groceries. She started crying while his mom was gone and he couldn't get her to stop. To get her to stop crying, he hit her over the head with a baseball bat which ended up killing her. When the police questioned the boy about the incident, he told them to just start over (he was referring to restarting like a video game).

no thats really bizarre. especially because the guy isnt even from this country. why would he care so much? a line needs to be drawn and that video games cross it. JFK was a good president and needs to be shown more respect.

I have not seen this video game but i have too heard about it... If you ask me it is pretty rediculous to reward a person for shooting JFK at the exact trajectory was thought to kill him. I know it is a only a video game but as stated by someone above, where do you draw the line. I feel the assasination of JFK was such an important event in U.S history that it should not be mocked as it is in the game. It is rediculous and should be banned from the internet, while those involved should be punished in some way.

The Prez that cheated on his wife more than Bill Clinton and sent guys into Cuba and died. I dont like the idea of killing a president or anyone especially when it happened but JFK wasant all that great.

I think that this video game is a great Idea. We can finally see that the assassination was a hoax. And personally you Americans wouldn't care if they made a game about any other countries leaders getting shot. Suck it up.

I've been playing JFK Reloaded and I must admit I don't feel any kind of "connection" when I kill him (which I've only managed to do once so far). Granted I wasn't alive when Kennedy was killed, so that might have an impact. I have felt really bad the two times I shot Jackie, but that was more because I knew I wasn't supposed to.

I think it is a very interesting concept. If the game is intended to prove Oswald and the highest score was under 800, I don't think it did it's job. I for one don't think a C+ proves much of anything.

this game is freakin awesome! it's morbid and deranged and AWESOME and all you people who wear your feelings on your sleeves and are too naive to realize that the jfk assination was a freakin set up so that people wouldnt suspect what really happppened should all go eat shit and die! i think the idea of shooting someone is an awesome storyline for a game and if you have a problem with it then dont play it and leave the rest of us alone. we are all perfectally content with going to hell in a basket so fuck off!!!!!

i play the game for the educational value. he's long dead. not like playing it is gonna kill him again. and im 21, i play violent games all the time, i'm not bout to go kill anyone. so anyway, what everyone's highest score? mine's 732! :)
