Efie discussed our Peptide- and Aptamer- Targeted Nanodevices for Drug Delivery work at the "Emerging technologies, materials, carriers and mechanisms" session of the "Drug Carriers in Medicine & Biology" Gordon Research Conference.

Tim and Kamlesh's paper Peptide Targeted Lipid Nanoparticles for Anticancer Drug Delivery was featured on the inside cover of the July 24th Advanced Materials special issue on "Materials for Drug Delivery: Innovative Solutions to Address Complex Biological Hurdles". We are grateful to Rachel for designing the cover artwork.

In collaboration with The Bakken Museum in Minneapolis, Efie visited different 4th grade classrooms at the Burroughs Community School, where she had the opportunity to talk to the students about nanotechnology and in particular our work in targeted drug delivery.
