Bookers: Pat and Reid regime

Starting TWA off, the booking was left to Owner Jeff Tripp and another guy named Pat. This went from 1998 to the end of 1999; but internal strife led Pat to leave while Reid took over booking duties. He continued them, eventually with help from Sloppy Joe.
