Son in custody after St. Paul man is shot to death

A man was fatally shot on Saturday afternoon in his home in St. Paul and his 18-year-old son was taken into custody a short time after, police said.
Neighbors reported hearing a succession of shots fired inside the house at 1167 Bush Av. about 1:30 p.m., according to the Star Tribune.
Police found the wounded man inside and rushed him to Regions Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Pioneer Press.
His son fled the scene, but was arrested a short time later.
