Scientists reached a remote area of New Guinea and have found a pristine environment home to new species of frogs, plants, mammals, birds, and butterflies. According the article published today in online edition of The Independent, twenty new species of frogs were discovered. An article by the expedition leader, Bruce Beehler, of Conservation International details the expedition and his thoughts on whether new species would be found.
