U.S. District Judge David Doty sentenced Aaron Jay Lemon, 23, on Tuesday after he admitted to producing child pornography while babysitting in August 2007 the Star Tribune said.
The Star Tribune reported Lemon answered a Craigslist advertisement for a baby sitter and used the child in the pornography.
Craigslist received criticism after this incident, along with many others. MSNBC reported Feb. 5 that a San Diego man allegedly tried to sell his kidney for $100,000 on Craigslist.

Craigslist is based out of San Francisco. It is making efforts to protect its users.
The Star Tribune reported that last year Craigslist joined a pact with more than 40 other states to prevent child exploitation, prostitution, human trafficking, and other illegal activities from being posted on its Web site.
