I am alive. I am energy-physical and spiritual. I am human. I am sentient. I have meaning. I am one.

I exist as an individual. My existence means nothing alone. I am dependent on other energy forces-physical and spiritual. I live in symbiotic balance with these forces.

Together, we are community.
Together, we are one existence.
Together, we have meaning.

I breathe, I eat, I speak, and I think. I am a participant. I am a leader. I am a follower.

I am a lifelong learner. Meaning comes from learning. I make meaning simultaneously as a student and as a teacher.

I am passionate about life and human existence. I believe that my meaning to exist is to liberate.
