Swiss invade Liechtenstein...by accident
A group of Swiss soldiers on a routine training exercise got lost and wondered into Liechtenstein, Associated Press reported.
The infantry of 170 turned back after realizing where they were. Both of the Swiss and Liechtenstein authorities played down the incident. Interior ministry spokesman of Liechtenstein, Markus Amman, said none of the citizens even noticed the soldiers who were carrying rifles with no ammunition. Liechtenstein, which is a little smaller than Washington D.C., does not have an army.
Liechtenstein government spokeswoman Gerlinde Manz-Christ said this isn't the first time the Swiss invaded by accident, ABC News reported.
