In the News: MN OAG Investigation

"An independent investigation of the office by St. Thomas Law Dean Thomas Mengler cleared the Attorney General of wrongdoing related to her handling of cases in the office. On June 3, 2008, the Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA) released the results of a preliminary assessment of allegations concerning the Minnesota Attorney General“s Office. The results are presented in a letter to members of the Legislative Audit Commission. The commission members did not find a basis for further investigation by OLA.
