Yes, it's Winter!

I've been doing mostly indoor workouts lately, usually 10-15 min. warm-up on a stationary bicycle and then ~2 mi on the treadmill, with some minor weight-training thrown in. I usually gear things to be around a 400 cal. workout. Today's short outdoor route accomplishes about the same thing but gets me outside...where I could grow icicles on my eyelashes, as it is 0°F. Lake Harriet appeared to be frozen over as well.

Run stats:

  • 0°F
  • 3.54 mi.
  • 36:00
  • 10:10 min./mi.
  • 431 calories
  • Miles to date: -
  • Map of route

Hey, I'm looking at your site to figure out how my running blog should look like. Yesterday when I was running I had all kinds of cool thoughts, but I'll see what I can come up with. One of the main things for it is to motivate myself to run, but I might still do it in english to keep up with my english language skills also.
