I couldn't fit running into my schedule all last weekend, and boy did my weekend grind to a halt. I felt so tired all day Saturday and Sunday. In fact, yesterday I even felt rather depressed. Am I that addicted to running now?
So now I feel *great* after today's run, and was shocked at my pace, too. Maybe skipping a day gave me the extra drive to churn one in under 8:00?
