What Leadership is to me!

When I think about what leadership means to me, I think about an individual "taking the reins" and managing a group of people all working towards the same goal. Whether it be for a non-profit organization, a work team, or even in a household, there can be leadership. It takes someone who can take charge and voice their opinions while still being understanding to make a good leader. Some people say leadership cannot be learned however there are definitely tips and tricks to make a successful leader!
