Leadership is important in any work or team environment. Leaders set strategy; they motivate; they create a mission; they build a culture. I have found that the most important qualities to have in a leader and team is trust, compassion, stability, and hope. Without these key elements employees and followers find it hard to work to their full ability in whatever project your undergoing. The most important to me, is trust. Without trust the team cannot rely on each other to get the job done.
