A bit ironic that, once again, populism prevents the adoption of pricing. Somewhere Mark Dayton must be smiling.
"I'd be very happy running for re-election letting everyone know I was an advocate against congestion pricing." Something about this campaign, either the policy or its delivery, must have been executed very poorly. Judging from the account here, the latter was definitely true.
Congestion pricing -- an idea whose time may never come.
