Which Airports Have the Most Unfair Fares?

Very hard analysis to do. Legacy hubs (the top 10) partly get pricing power by providing better services than you can get elsewhere. (i.e., if the hubs were not there, fares would be lower, and the value of services also lower)... consumers/biz clients like the network... maybe they happily pay for it?
