"Transactions of the GSL" available online

Transactions of the Geological Society of London (1811 to 1856) has been digitized and added to the Lyell Collection.

GSL writes:

The Transactions represent the Society’s earliest systematic publication, published from 1811 to 1856. During this period they featured almost 350 papers, many of which have become classics, but the title was eventually superseded by the Quarterly Journal of the Geological Society. Print sets of the Transactions are now rare and highly prized but this complete online version, captured to the highest electronic standards, is now available for the first time.
