Hmong Community Dialogue

For those of you who serve Hmong communities:

There will be a community dialogue with Hmong community members in the Twin Cities to engage people in a beginning process, to improve health in the community. This will be on Wednesday, August 20th. Time: 5:00-7:30.

It is an initiative for healthy immigrant communities, spearheaded by West Side Community Health Services
and Neighborhood House.

We are looking for families and health care professionals to attend. If you know of anyone who would be interested, please invite them. We ask that they RSVP to Janeth, her number is listed on the flyer.
Also, there will be childcare available for the meeting, but families would have to let Janeth know in advance.

It's not too late to RSVP (so we can have enough food and childcare, if needed.) Please call East Side Family Clinic manager: Janeth 651-793-2270.
