Hospital Emergency and Disaster Recovery Plans

Attached is an example of a emergency and disaster recovery plan developed by Robert Koehler of the Meriter Hospital Medical Library located in Madison, Wisconsin. Please make sure proper attribution is made to Robert Koehler if you utilize any part of the Meriter Hospital Medical Library's plan in the development of your own plan.
