From the GMR: ARRA Health IT Grant Program Announcement

The first two ARRA Health IT grant programs have been announced:
Health Information Technology Extension Program
State Health Information Exchange Cooperative Agreement Program

At first glance, libraries do not appear to be specifically mentioned as potential partners in the Extension program, but those with outreach programs and networking experience could be valuable members of coalitions submitting proposals. In any case, these announcements may be of interest to others in your institutions.
