All,

The DOCLINE presentations given during MLA 2010 are now available to view
from the DOCLINE presentations page at:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/docline/doclinepresentations.html

Both presentations include information about the planned changes to the requests module - DOCLINE 4.5 - coming this summer. We are busy putting the final touches on the new version of DOCLINE, testing and preparing documentation.

The "MLA 2010 NLM Sunrise Seminar" provides a brief overview of activities last year and upcoming changes to DOCLINE, as well as statistics on ILL trends in DOCLINE, and an overview of the Emergency Access Initiative.

The "MLA 2010 DOCLINE Update" is a detailed presentation of the upcoming changes for DOCLINE with screen shots of the Requests module revisions.

Both presentations include speaker notes. Additional details about the upcoming DOCLINE 4.5 release will be made available on DOCLINE-L as we get closer to a release date. If you have questions about the planned features after viewing the presentations, please use the Contact Us link in DOCLINE.

As always, vendors are notified of changes to DOCLINE, and will have access to a test system to verify their software is compatible before production release of DOCLINE 4.5.

Also available are the NLM Theater presentation recordings with captions:
