From the GMR: EMR/PHR LISTSERV created

Of interest to those of you working on library integration into electronic medical records...

***
Hello, Network Members,

During one of our in-person GMR Updates, network members suggested that more communication be shared regarding one of the GMR's current initiatives. (Please see the GMR Update online: http://nnlm.gov/gmr/about/gmrupdate.html.)

As a result, a new LISTSERV has been created: EMR-GMR@uic.edu. The purpose of the list is to establish a communication tool for GMR members who are interested in the development of librarians' roles in electronic medical records/patient health records/personal health records.

I expect LIST traffic to be low initially and increase as more information is shared. To subscribe to EMR-GMR, send the command:

SUBSCRIBE EMR-GMR BARACK OBAMA

to LISTSERV@UIC.EDU, replacing "Barack Obama" with your first and last name.

Please let me or your GMR state contact know if you have any questions or need assistance in subscribing or posting.

Jacqueline
