From the GMR: Making PubMed Work for You - ONLINE
Due to popular demand, the GMR is offering a second online class of PubMed.
Making PubMed Work for You is available in an online format. This three-week course will cover the same materials as the in-person class, but you can take it at your own pace via Moodle. This class is intended to hone basic searching techniques and the ability to develop search strategies that will take advantage of the PubMed interface to MEDLINE. The course will explore various methods for searching the PubMed system.
Topics covered include Automatic Term Mapping, Search Results, Limits and Details, Related citations, My NCBI, Searching with MeSH, and the Single Citation Matcher.
