Regions Hospital hosting NLM traveling exhibit in July

Regions Hospital Medical Library is hosting the NLM exhibit, Binding Wounds, Pushing Boundaries: African Americans in Civil War Medicine. The exhibit will be in the library from July 2nd - Aug. 3rd. The library is open to the public M,Tu,W,F 8am - 4:30pm and Thursdays 8am - 7:30pm. The exhibit will also be hosted at the HealthPartners building in Bloomington the week of Aug. 6th. There it will be in the conference center and be available to the public from 6am-6pm. HealthPartners is on the LRT line at the Bloomington Central stop.

Dr. Jennifer Gunn from the U of M will also come speak at Regions Hospital atrium on July 18th at 12:30pm. Her talk is titled, "Disease and Debility: Minnesotans' experience of medicine in the Civil War". Refreshments will be served.
