Midwest Chapter Meeting - Call for Volunteers

The 2012 Midwest Chapter meeting is almost here and the time has come to solicit volunteers from HSLM to staff the joint hospitality/registration desk and to serve as room monitors for two CE sessions.

Hospitality/Registration hours are as follows:

Saturday, October 6:
7:30am - 6pm

Sunday, October 7:
7:30am - 6pm

Monday, October 8:
7:30am - 3:30pm

Duties include: checking attendees in and distributing conference materials, answer questions about local concerns and meeting specifics. We'd like to have 2 volunteers per shift. Each shift will be for 2 hours.

We also need volunteers to serve as room monitors for 2 CE sessions:

Saturday, October 6 from 1-5pm
Tuesday, October from 8am-2pm

Room monitors will assist with set-up, introduce the instructor(s), monitor time and other duties.

Further information on duties will be distributed at a later date.

Please send your availability to volunteer to Lisa McGuire. Lisa will also need your contact information (cell phone too please).

Thank you!
